We are seeking an experienced candidate for the position of operations associate at PREPCA. PREPCA is a leading mentorship provider for students preparing for the Chartered Accountancy examination across India, Nepal & Dubai. This role will primarily involve handling queries and providing counseling to students within the CA education sector. As an Edutech company specializing in providing test series, mentorship, and classes to CA students, we are looking for someone passionate about education and committed to ensuring a seamless experience for our students.
Key responsibilities:
1. Query Handling: Responding to inquiries, providing detailed information, and ensuring timely responses through various channels
2. Counseling: Conducting personalized sessions, offering guidance, and assisting in enrollment during query support
3. Administrative Support: Coordinating classes, managing databases, and collaborating for alignment
4. Feedback and Improvement: Gathering feedback, and identifying areas for enhancement based on trends

1. Mode of work - Work from office
2. Reporting time: 09:30 am
3. Qualification - Any graduate (BBA, B.Com preferred)
4. Work experience: 1 year and above
5. Salary: Rs 20000/month

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Business Administration, B.Com, etc. preferred)
2. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or counseling roles preferred
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
6. Knowledge of the CA education sector or willingness to learn
7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year
