Operations Executive Fresher Job

Home Canvas, an eight-year-old rapidly growing, entrepreneurial furniture & decor company is seeking to recruit two new team members as operations executives. Home Canvas is a small, young, energetic team with a start-up culture. This is a role that DOES NOT require daily travel for work. It requires a physical presence in the Indiranagar office and furniture studio 6 days (Monday - Saturday/ 10 am-6 pm) a week. The office is within walking distance from 2 metro stations & well connected by bus services. This is a unique role in that it combines supply chain, logistics, procurement, vendor management, negotiations, customer relations, & e-commerce/catalog management. Further, the company s sales is split between B2B (commercial) & B2C (consumer), thereby developing lifelong skills in all these domains.

Key responsibilities:

1. Working with vendor teams, negotiating, and ensuring deliverables on time per specifications
2. Managing office logistics by managing packaging, shipping, and tracking orders
3. Managing the inflow and outflow of the inventory
4. Working on day-to-day office running and management
5. Dealing with customer inquiries and queries
6. Working on the Shopify e-commerce platform & catalog images for internal reference & listing of new products on the website

Skills required:

1. Energy, a positive, 'can do', 'will learn' attitude, discipline & responsibility
2. Must have: English proficiency (spoken)
3. Preferred: MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
