We're looking for an Operations Executive who will take a key role on our team and oversee the day-to-day operations ensure that everything is running efficiently and effectively and provide a positive experience to the customers. You'll be working alongside engineers, developers, and interns collaborating on the various layers of the design for our platform building complex and impactful projects. This is a perfect role who wants a hands-on role in all functions and decides on your domain.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding and helping the customers with the induction process
2. Understanding customer requirements and proactively helping them out
3. Creating and maintaining customer relationship documentation
4. Improving business functionality to align with core business objectives
5. Maintaining a good relationship with our customers to ensure the company meets their needs and expectations
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,75,000 /year
