Operations Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the operations and working closely with vendors and customers as well as management for smooth working
2. Managing the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, from receiving customer orders to ensuring timely delivery
3. Making follow-up calls and preparing quotes and purchase orders as well as doing payment follow-ups with customers and vendors
4. Verifying order accuracy, processing payments, and coordinating with logistics teams for product delivery
5. Negotiating terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure favorable conditions for the company
6. Providing pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, including resolving issues related to software licenses, installation, and activation
7. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and complaints promptly
