About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Support in the delivery planning of the projects
2. Support the successful delivery of the planned projects
3. Interact with the Instructors and support for any requirements
4. Delivery management:
- Work on consultant identification and manage schedule
- Manage Instructor/consultant's evaluation calls with customer SPOC
- Work on virtual delivery management of WebEx/Zoom/Google Meet etc.
- Coordinate with instructor on course contents, finalization/approvals
- Coordinate with instructor/customer on lab setup requirements
- Work on delivery of course material on schedule
- Work on the management of attendance sheets and feedback forms
- Participate in class introductions and feedback sessions
- Communicate with customer pre-during-post the delivery of the project
- Work on LAT (learning action tracker) management and post-session discussions
5. Plan and manage customer upsell process
6. Coordinate and work with the entire sales/operations team
7. Support marketing in collating customer database, critical customer requirements & customer testimonials
8. Work on other duties assigned from time to time

Other requirements

1. Basic knowledge of training and consulting delivery elements

2. Base knowledge of IT operations and competencies required at each stage

3. Ability to work independently in the NCR region

4. Good communication skills – both verbal and written

5. Good planning skills – for advance planning of activities per customer

6. Sensitivity to company politics and ability to align stakeholders every step of the way

7. At least a base graduate

- A postgraduate in sales/operations/administration would be preferred

8. You are a strong team player who can work independently if the project requires it

9. You are flexible, creative, and convincing in stressful situations

10. You are an authentic person with a sense of humor

11. You are willing to travel within India

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,50,000 /year
