Key responsibilities:

1. Inventory & Marketplace Management - Keep stock updated across website and marketplaces, ensuring accurate listings and seamless order fulfillment
2. Google Sheets & Data Management - Track orders, sales, RTOs, and exchanges with solid number-crunching skills
3. Order Packing & Logistics Oversight - Pack daily orders, coordinate shipments, and manage exchanges, returns, and non-deliveries efficiently
4. Communication & Coordination - Handle logistics partners with clear, professional English (spoken & written)
