Operations Manager Fresher Job

Our Founder, Salonee Sanghvi is a fourth-generation financial professional with 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry. The dearth of solid, reliable financial advice prompted her to realize her passion for spreading financial literacy with transparency to every strata of society. To bridge the gap and provide a customized roadmap she founded My Wealth Guide, an endeavor to make a difference to help people become financially independent and attain their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the Founder to run day-to-day operations.
2. Manage investment & capital market operations, including reconciliation, daily reports, trade management, and troubleshooting with stock exchanges and AMCs.
3. Ensure adherence to all compliance requirements.
4. Handle documentation and follow-ups for new tie-ups, vendors, and clients.
5. Track and manage emails.
6. Communicate with clients and provide regular reporting.
7. Provide secretarial support to the Founder.
8. Supervise and manage office operations.

What you will get:

1. Compensation: INR 2.1 lakh to 2.4 lakh per annum + Bonus.
2. Availability: Min 45 hours per week.
