Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluating and reviewing the deliverables, finding faults, reporting them to the concerned developer/writer, and getting them fixed.
2. Reviewing the reports, asking for corrections, and reviewing them again until the issues are fixed.
3. Running daily operations of the company like creating tickets, assigning them, and following up with writers/developers.
4. Helping in business operations.
