Operations Manager - Virtual Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Class Communications Management: Oversee all class communications via WhatsApp and phone calls, ensuring effective and timely interactions with students and parents
2. Departmental Oversight: Provide leadership and support to various departments, including French and Spanish, to ensure smooth operations and delivery of high-quality language education
3. Worksheet Coordination: Ensure all worksheets for the upcoming week's classes are prepared and ready by the graphics team, maintaining alignment with curriculum objectives
4. LMS Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of our Learning Management System (LMS) to effectively solve queries from parents and provide technical support as needed
5. Instagram Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to check the monthly Instagram strategy, overseeing the posting and content schedule to ensure alignment with approved plans
6. Staff Payout Calculation: Manage the monthly calculation of staff payouts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness under established policies and procedures
7. Student Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new students, guiding them through LMS usage, fee payments, and enrollment procedures to ensure a seamless transition
8. Attendance Tracking: Maintain a simultaneous attendance sheet on Excel, accurately recording student attendance for all classes and sessions
9. New Joiner Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new staff members, including sending out contracts and facilitating necessary paperwork and training
10. LMS Maintenance: Take responsibility for maintaining the LMS, including uploading course content, recording fee payments, and ensuring overall system functionality
11. Student Support: Provide excellent customer service and support to students, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
12. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of teaching and learning experiences
13. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency
14. Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support the school's growth and expansion initiatives
