Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of psychic experts on the platform
2. Implement strategies for sourcing, selecting, and onboarding new experts, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
3. Facilitate ongoing engagement with psychic experts to foster a high level of service quality
4. Continuously improve processes to ensure optimal service delivery and a superior experience for both experts and users
5. Drive efficiency and effectiveness across operations through innovative, tech-driven solutions
6. Leverage automation tools and other technologies to enhance the scalability and quality of services offered on the platform
7. Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively implement process enhancements to streamline operations
8. Contribute to the development of training materials and frameworks to support the growth and success of our psychic experts
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with LifeGuru's broader strategic goals and market expansion efforts
