We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic operations & support executive to join our dynamic team. The executive will assist in the smooth execution of our webinars and online courses, ensuring a seamless experience for our participants. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education technology and eager to learn about the latest technological advancements.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on webinar coordination:
i. Assist in scheduling and organizing webinars.
ii. Coordinate with presenters, participants, and technical support teams to ensure smooth execution of webinars.
iii. Manage webinar platforms and tools, ensuring they are set up and functioning correctly before and during sessions.
2. Provide technical support:
i. Provide technical support to participants and presenters before, during, and after webinars.
ii. Troubleshoot common technical issues related to webinar platforms, internet connectivity, and software.
iii. Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions to assist in quick problem resolution.
3. Work on operations support:
i. Assist in the management of day-to-day operations related to online courses and webinars.
ii. Ensure all course materials, recordings, and resources are properly organized and accessible to participants.
iii. Monitor and report on webinar attendance, participant feedback, and other key metrics.
4. Handle customer service:
i. Respond to participant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through email, chat, and phone.
ii. Assist in onboarding new participants and ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to participate in webinars.
iii. Gather and analyse participant feedback to identify areas for improvement.
iv. Understand customer's concerns and resolve their issues properly and accordingly.
5. Work on continuous improvement:
i. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in educational technology and webinar platforms.
ii. Provide input on improving webinar processes, participant experience, and overall operational efficiency.
iii. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
