About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze reputation factors and measure brand reputation: The ORM is responsible for understanding the factors that influence the company s reputation and measuring how the brand is perceived by the public.
2. Create a positive client experience: This involves creating and sharing positive content via email, social media posts, and tweets. The goal is to enhance the customer s experience with the brand.
3. Monitor and manage social media: The ORM oversees all of the company s social media accounts and monitors how the brand interacts with its audience.
4. Handle negative publicity: This includes managing the company s image on review and rating websites and responding professionally to negative comments on social media.
5. Build trust and brand loyalty: By responding to customer reviews, queries, or complaints, the ORM can help neutralize negative comments or reviews. This shows customers that the company values their feedback and is willing to improve.
6. Manage during a crisis: The ORM implements good reputation management practices to minimize damage in case of any future crisis.
7. Produce positive content for engagement: The ORM regularly produces positive content for engagement with the audience and works towards enhancing and building the organization s reputation.
8. Research and action: The ORM researches online to find out all the negative keywords associated with a brand or individual and publishes positive content that can then neutralize the effect of the former.
9. Report to management: The ORM submits regular reports to the management about the state of the company s online reputation.
10: Calling consumers for follow-up/close looping/feedback/suggestions.
