Outreach Worker Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Mobilizing community members to access SP services.
2. Organizing camps for facilitating schemes.
3. Generating demand from community members for schemes from both central and state governments.
4. Assisting help desk facilitator in meeting with key departments.
5. Supporting the beneficiaries in completing application forms.
6. Reporting the activities done at the field to the HD facilitator.
7. Supporting the HD facilitators in collecting IEC materials from the government departments.
8. Supporting the HD facilitator to conduct events or activities in the intervention site.
9. Taking up any other task, as may be required to achieve project deliverables.
10. Ensuring 500 scheme applications would be facilitated every month.
11. Maintaining the scheme facilitation data for reporting every month.
12. Ensuring 100% evidence is documented for each beneficiary linked to the schemes.
