We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Admin cum Telecaller to join our team at Nakshatra Automation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for lead generation, report writing, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Getting an appointment with the target customer for the sales team
2. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
3. Prepare and update reports regularly for management review
4. Assisting the procurement manager in maintaining the inventories and documenting all the materials that comes in and goes out
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
7. Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with clients
