Administration Manager Fresher Job (Part time)

Key responsibilities:

1. Invigilate different examinations at the designated examination center and time in your city
2. Check students' IDs and registrations to ensure they are authorized to take the exam
3. Explain exam rules, procedures, and penalties to students before the examination begins
4. Distribute and collect exam papers and materials efficiently
5. Monitor students throughout the examination to prevent cheating and ensure a fair testing environment
6. Handle emergencies and evacuate students if necessary, following safety protocols
7. Report any incidents or violations observed during the examination to the appropriate authorities
8. Attend a detailed training session provided by the client representative to understand the invigilation process and responsibilities

Note:

1. Be present at the exam center for 9 hours/day
2. Arrive at the examination center at least 2-3 hours before the examination begins
3. Bring your own food and water, and do not leave the premises during exam hours
