1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the US
2. Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and generate leads
3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service orientation
4. Utilize scripts and product knowledge to gather and qualify leads
5. Document and update customer records based on interactions
6. Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets for lead generation and call quality
7. Contribute to team targets and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently
9. Provide regular reports and updates on call outcomes and lead quality
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong verbal communication skills in English (Preferred)
2. Ability to work night shifts aligned with US timings
3. Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred but not mandatory
4. High school diploma; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus
