As a Healthcare Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting healthcare camps using portable devices, managing inventory, and collaborating with healthcare providers. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure the successful execution of camps. Extensive travel within assigned districts is a key component of this freelance position.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct healthcare camps using portable, point-of-care devices.
2. Provide locum/backup support, including training and handling machine pickup/delivery.
3. Coordinate with healthcare providers and community organizations to facilitate camp execution.
4. Manage inventory and oversee the supply chain for devices.
5. Troubleshoot issues during camps and ensure accurate data documentation.
6. Report to the Healthcare Outreach Manager.
7. Travel to assigned districts as needed.
