Home Tutoring Fresher Job (Part time)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects.
2. Assess students' current understanding, identify gaps, and tailor lessons accordingly to meet their unique needs.
3. Develop engaging lesson plans and educational activities that foster understanding and retention.
4. Track and report on student progress, providing detailed feedback to students and their parents.
5. Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation.
6. Maintain open communication with parents and the Tuition Madam team regarding student progress and concerns.
7. Ensure lessons are aligned with curriculum standards and effectively address learning goals.

2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
3. Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.
4. Ability to assess and address different learning needs.
5. Tech-savvy with the ability to use online platforms for virtual lessons.

Education:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (preferred).
2. Subject-specific expertise (Mathematics, Science, English, etc.).

Experience:

1. Prior tutoring or teaching experience (preferred but not required).
2. Experience in working with students of varying skill levels and backgrounds.

Certifications: Teaching certifications or specialized tutoring certifications (preferred).
