1. Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
3. Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement
4. Handle employee relations issues and guide conflict resolution
5. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
6. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
7. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support company growth and success
