Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job (Part time)

Key responsibilities:

a. Talent Acquisition:
1. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the best talent
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
4. Conduct onboarding processes for new hires

b. HR Operations:
1. Handle employee documentation and maintain HR records
2. Assist in policy development and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
3. Manage employee benefits, leaves, and attendance records
4. Contribute to a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives

c. Candidate Management:
1. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements
2. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

d. Data Management:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and records
2. Generate HR reports as required for management

e. Administrative Support:
1. Assist in general HR administrative tasks
2. Support the organization in achieving its strategic goals through HR initiatives
