Omni Sport Leader Fresher Job (Part time)

Key responsibilities:

1. Build the Local Sports Project (LSP)
2. Select a range of products based on catchment analysis (Range Selection)
3. Manage merchandising and stock
4. Oversee piloting and P&L for the sport (Margin, Shrinkage)
5. Take responsibility for actions and challenge yourself to achieve your ambitions
6. Practice your sport a minimum of once a week, especially in exceptional seasonal sports
7. Build a sports community within the catchment
8. Update your planner with events, workshops, and leaves
9. Keep the layout commercially optimized
10. Showcase the right behaviors, values, and attitudes to set a good example for the team

Requirements:

1. Demonstrate passion for sports
2. Act as an OMNI sports leader and sports ambassador in your catchment
3. Exhibit strength in basics like layout, merchandising, and events
4. Remain positive and energetic
5. Make responsible decisions on the floor
6. Display ambition and communicate your passion for your sport effectively
7. Practice sports every day, including running, badminton, tennis, or other racket sports
