1. Candidates who are from Mumbai and neighboring cities
1. Degree or diploma in fashion design from a recognized institute
2. 1-3 years of experience in designing ethnic wear (preferably in women's fashion)
3. Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery techniques, and garment construction
4. Ability to create detailed sketches and communicate ideas clearly to the production team
5. Good understanding of costing and production timelines
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects at a time
7. Passion for ethnic fashion and attention to detail
8. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW for digital sketches (preferred)
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,90,000 - 4,60,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,60,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 1,00,000 /year
