Key responsibilities:
1. Utilize various sourcing channels such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to identify and connect with potential candidates
2. Employ proactive search techniques to identify passive candidates within the HFT space
3. Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor landscapes, and talent availability
4. Schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities, ensuring all participants are well-informed and prepared
5. Coordinate logistics, such as interview room bookings, travel arrangements, and video conferencing setups, as necessary
6. Manage the applicant tracking system by updating candidate information, tracking the recruitment pipeline, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity
7. Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through initial screenings and interviews
8. Coordinate and communicate interview schedules with candidates and interview panel members
9. Prepare interview materials, including candidate profiles, interview guides, and assessment tools
10. Collect feedback from interviewers and consolidate evaluation results
11. Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on the recruitment process, answering queries, and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment cycle
12. Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, streamline workflows, and optimize the candidate experience
13. Make recommendations for process improvements and assist in implementing changes as needed
