Telecaller Fresher Job (Part time)

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential leads and customers
2. Provide information about our programs, services, or offers
3. Address customer inquiries and guide them through the application process
4. Maintain a database of leads and update call records regularly
5. Follow up with interested prospects to ensure conversions
6. Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, and English - Effective communication in these languages is essential for interacting with diverse leads
2. Strong communication and persuasion skills - Ability to engage customers, build rapport, and encourage them to take action
3. Previous telecalling experience is a plus - While not mandatory, experience in a similar role will be beneficial
4. Basic computer skills - Ability to manage call records, enter data, and draft emails
5. Positive and proactive attitude - Self-motivated individuals who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
