Key responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients traveling to India for medical treatment
2. Liaise with hospitals and healthcare providers to schedule appointments, procedures, and consultations for patients
3. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services for patients
4. Act as a resource for patients, answering questions, providing information, and offering guidance as needed
