Key responsibilities:
1. Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
2. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
3. Handle requests and queries appropriately
4. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
5. Take dictation and minutes
6. Produce reports, presentations and briefs
7. Develop and maintain office filing system
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Chandigarh and neighboring cities
1. Proven work experience as a personal assistant.
2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
3. Knowledge of MS Office and English and Hindi proficiency.
4. Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
6. Possess the ability to multitask and prioritize your daily workload.
7. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
