We are seeking a talented individual who excels in English proficiency, both spoken and written, as well as possesses advanced skills in MS Office and MS Excel. Effective communication is key in this role, as you will be the first point of contact for clients and business partners.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage executive's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
2. Organize and maintain files, records, and documents in an efficient manner
3. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
4. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts
5. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are in place
6. Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects
7. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
