1. Ensure regulatory record maintenance such as job cards, BMR, quality control records, COA, stock/inventory registers, etc.
2. Being abreast with the latest technologies and being savvy with using computers
3. Check for certification & audits of FSSAI, drugs & cosmetics, FSSC 22000, ISO, GMP, and other
4. Develop product formulations, calculate BOM, check the manufacturing process, product SOPs, MSDS
Note:
1. Candidates having prior experience in sales of food ingredients/food fortification premixes to manufacturers of oil, milk, flour, rice, bread-bakery, and salt will be preferred
2. The candidate should be able to travel for 15-20 days/month
3. The candidate should have export experience
4. The candidate should know how to use Excel and PowerPoint
5. The candidate should be fluent in written and spoken English
6. Delhi qualified/registered diploma in Pharmacy/B-Pharma
