The Axis Phones Officer role is focused on rendering services to Axis Bank customers and ensuring satisfactory, first-time resolution is provided for all customer queries. To be successful in this role the incumbent needs to be the best for our customers by ensuring process efficiency and cross-selling/upselling set products
Key responsibilities:
1. Displaying complete onus to customers' queries/problems
2. Delivering service with requisite courtesy and accuracy
3. Adhering to product and process requirements, with nil errors
4. Escalating customer issues to the right internal stakeholders
Qualifications
1. Any Graduate (10+2+3 Regular Mode) with 50% marks and above in 10th, 12th & Graduation
2. Good communication skills in English & Hindi are mandatory
3. Age: Up to 28yrs
4. Experience: up to 2 years
5. Location: Mumbai
6. Salary: Rs. 4.08 Lakhs CTC per annum (including Incentives and benefits)
