A PHP developer is responsible for writing server-side web application logic. PHP developers usually develop back-end components, connect the application with other (often third-party) web services, and support the front-end
developers by integrating their work with the application.
Key responsibilities:
1. Write "clean", well-designed code
2. Produce detailed specifications
3. Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
4. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
5. Follow industry best practices
6. Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
2. Good proficiency in PHP and related frameworks (e.g., Core, Laravel & CI)
3. Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
4. Good Knowledge of database systems, especially MySQL
5. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
6. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
