We are looking for an 'Associate Level Placement Coordinator' to join our team. This crucial role involves overseeing career services, corporate relations, and talent partnerships, with a focus on expanding our corporate partnerships, driving strategic engagements with leading agencies and brands, and supporting the career growth of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate business development:
- Develop and maintain partnerships to meet objectives, strengthening relationships with both new and existing corporate partners.
2. Stakeholder engagement and partner acquisition:
- Facilitate interactions with teams, HR professionals, senior executives, and business leaders from various industries, including digital advertising agencies and top brands.
- Build and expand a network of agencies and brands in India and internationally, enhancing recruitment efforts.
3. Relationship building - student and employer engagement:
- Cultivate relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs and promote student opportunities.
- Gather employer feedback to refine and improve the quality of services.
- Create and sustain high-level connections across industries.
- Partner with industry leaders to organize job fairs, networking events, workshops, and masterclasses, providing students with platforms to connect with potential employers.
3. Job placement, student interaction, and career mentorship:
- Engage with students to grasp their career goals and aspirations.
- Offer mentorship and career guidance to help students achieve their career objectives.
- Match students with appropriate job opportunities and manage the placement process.
- Assist students in refining their resumes, cover letters, and portfolios for better interview outcomes.
- Provide information and guidance on job and internship openings, application processes, and interview techniques.
4. Database management and reporting:
- Maintain an organized database of job listings, employer contacts, and student profiles.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of student placements to assess the success of the placement program.
- Manage and communicate data-driven insights, ensuring report accuracy and clarity.
