Key Responsibilities:

1. Plant Operations & Management - Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and maximum efficiency.
2. Waste Sorting & Processing - Monitor waste segregation, processing, and quality control.
3. Team Leadership - Train, manage, and motivate workers to meet production targets.
4. Machinery & Equipment Maintenance - Ensure machines are in proper working condition and schedule timely maintenance.
5. Safety & Compliance - Implement safety standards and ensure environmental compliance.
6. Inventory & Resource Management - Track materials, waste inflow, and storage capacities.
7. Operational Cost Control - Reduce inefficiencies and optimize plant expenses.
8. Reporting & Documentation - Maintain records of waste processed, productivity, and operational challenges.
