1. Handle database/cold calling and tele-counseling, lining up walk-ins in the office, etc.
2. Follow up on client leads for the sale of properties
3. Handle clients' inquiries and service customers' needs
4. Work on being an expert on issues of the real estate industry, prices, competitors, market conditions, etc.
5. Maintain and progress an active sales pipeline of prospective clients
6. Contribute to the major goals of the company in uplifting sales/revenues
7. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
8. Collaborate with the team to achieve better results
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
Other requirements
1. Any graduate - Any specification or 12th pass with experience
2. Real estate industry knowledge or relevant experience
3. Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 11,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
