Printed Circuit Board Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on schematic design: Convert electrical schematics into functional PCB layouts.
2. Handle component placement: Place components strategically on the board to ensure optimal performance and space utilization.
3. Work on routing: Route electrical connections between components while minimizing noise and interference.
4. Work on design rules compliance: Ensure PCB layout adheres to electrical, mechanical, and manufacturability standards.
5. Handle layer management: Manage multiple PCB layers for complex designs, such as multi-layer or HDI boards.
6. Work on thermal management: Design for heat dissipation and prevent overheating of components.
7. Handle signal Integrity: Optimize signal paths to reduce delays, crosstalk, and EMI/EMC issues.
8. Work on DFM/DFT: Design for manufacturability and testability to facilitate production and testing.
9. Work on documentation: Prepare detailed fabrication and assembly drawings, including BOMs and Gerber files.
10. Handle collaboration: Work closely with hardware engineers, manufacturers, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and production efficiency.
