Process Associate / Coordinator Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-end management of procurement process, keeping track of deals in process, shipping, and payments.
2. Coordination with the China team for procurement, video inspection calls, and support.
3. Managing payments, dues, and expected payments of vendors and validating them with bank accounts.
4. Managing Documentation of procurement processes like purchase orders, commercial invoices, proforma invoices, and SOP documents.
5. End-to-end managing the Sales process and managing all documents, payments, and coordination with clients.
6. Managing all payments, and dues and following up with clients for payments
7. Coordination with CHA for custom clearance and provide them with necessary documents.
8. Coordination with RTO agent for getting all vehicles registration process.
9. End to End management of the rental wing, keeping track of daily revenue of each machine, work done and status, managing work orders, managing log book and preparing rent invoices monthly and sending them to clients and payment follow-ups.
10. End-to-end spare part procurement and billing.
