Key responsibilities:

1. Verify the accuracy of KYC (Know Your Customer) documents with data inputs.
2. Ensure all KYC proofs are compliant with regulatory standards.
3. Maintain high standards of data quality.
4. Organize and manage all proof/documents within the software system.
5. Conduct telephonic verification with customers prior to sanctioning.
6. Ensure all customer information is accurate and complete.
7. Proficiency in Hindi and Kannada is an added advantage
