1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a process coordinator or in a similar process improvement role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, including the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
6. Familiarity with process documentation and mapping tools is a plus.
7. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is desirable.
8. Proficiency in using productivity software, including MS Office and project management tools.
