Procurement Executive Fresher Job

Position Overview:
Additive 3D is seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate for Procurement and Purchase Management who can effectively manage vendor relationships and handle purchase activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, willing to travel, and ready to contribute to the growing field of additive manufacturing and 3D printing.

Key responsibilities:

1. Source and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies required for operations.
2. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
3. Negotiate pricing and delivery terms to ensure cost efficiency and timely availability.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to forecast material needs and manage inventory.
5. Travel to vendor locations to ensure quality standards and strengthen partnerships.
6. Handle documentation, such as purchase orders and invoices, with accuracy.
7. Monitor and address supply delays, quality issues, or vendor concerns.

Requirements:

Any graduate (freshers are welcome to apply).
Willingness to travel as required for vendor and supplier management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the field of additive manufacturing.
