Procurement Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Be an integral part of our "Procurement Centre of Excellence."
2. Demonstrate strong sourcing and procurement capabilities with strong expertise across various indirect procurement categories e.g., Safety, PPE, Fasteners, Hand tools, Motors, Hydraulics, Office Supplies, etc.
3. Drive CXO and senior leadership-level relationships with OEMs/brands across various indirect procurement categories
4. Generate and develop relationships with suppliers OEMs, distributors, and dealers and negotiate with them to get the best rates/discount structures to maximize margins on client orders
5. Ensure strong compliance with SOPs & internal technology infrastructure, and partner in continuous improvement to streamline the Ops relentlessly
6. Exhibit strong client service skills and a passion for delivering a flawless client experience
7. Self-starter, go-getter, passionate about disrupting an industry and building things from scratch
8. Have a high bias for action with the willingness to roll his/her sleeves up to deliver results
9. Possess a strong execution-excellence mindset with the ability to inspire and lead a team
