Product Delivery Associate Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate product delivery processes, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
2. Facilitate client onboarding, guiding them through the process and addressing any concerns.
3. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, serving as a primary point of contact.
4. Conduct client meetings confidently, addressing requirements and ensuring client satisfaction.
5. Develop a thorough understanding of the product to effectively train clients and address inquiries.
6. Actively engage in resolving client escalations and queries promptly and efficiently.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients, fostering positive relationships and addressing needs.
8. Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal and external teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
9. Oversee integrations raised with food delivery aggregators and/or payment gateways, ensuring seamless execution and issue resolution.

Notice Period: Immediate to 10 Days
Location: Gurugram, 5 Days Working
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
CTC: 2.75 - 3.5 LPA

Carrying own laptop to work is mandatory for this position.
