The pre-sales consultant will be crucial in engaging with potential clients, understanding their specific needs, and demonstrating how Crego's solutions can enhance their operations. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure alignment between Crego's offerings and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to interact with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and position Crego's solutions effectively.
2. Product demonstrations: Prepare and deliver impactful demos of Crego's lending infrastructure solutions to potential clients, highlighting the product's features, benefits, and value.
3. Requirement gathering: Engage with clients to gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.
4. Business requirement document (BRD) preparation: Develop comprehensive BRDs based on client interactions, outlining functional and non-functional requirements for the proposed solution.
5. Solution design support: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are accurately reflected in technical specifications and solutions.
6. RFP/RFI responses: Assist in the preparation and response to RFPs/RFIs, providing detailed and accurate information that aligns with client needs.
7. Client presentations: Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals that address client pain points and demonstrate how Crego's solutions can meet their goals.
8. Industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
9. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
1. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a pre-sales or similar role within the fintech or financial services industry.
3. Strong understanding of lending infrastructure solutions.
4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
5. Experience in preparing BRDs and working closely with product and engineering teams.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
7. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
