Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine sourcing needs and priorities.
3. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective sourcing.
4. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.
5. Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
6. Analyze and optimize sourcing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
