2. Client Conversion Develop and implement strategies to covert leads into clients
3. Technical Support Provide exceptional technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues effectively.
4. Market Research Explore industry trends, and competitive products and collect customer feedback to improve products and offerings
5. Innovate new product lines
