Production Associate Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support senior staff in mixing, blending, and producing ink batches according to specific formulas and quality standards.
2. Help monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products through routine inspections and tests, ensuring compliance with company standards.
3. Learn to operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
4. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, inventory logs, and equipment maintenance logs.
5. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
6. Assist in monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, supporting inventory control and procurement processes.
7. Participate in training sessions and suggest improvements for production processes and workflow efficiency.
