Production Control Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan and oversee the day-to-day production process to ensure the delivery of high-quality products
2. Ensure appropriate production rate to reduce delivery delays
3. Collaborate with the sales department to identify and resolve quality concerns
4. Identify any bottlenecks or delays in production
5. Ensure necessary labor, materials, and other resources are available to relieve production bottlenecks and delays
6. Work on production planning and scheduling to limit materials shortages
7. Ensure production machinery complies with professional and safety standards
8. Schedule maintenance and repair of machines used in the production process to avoid downtime or delays
9. Perform other related duties as assigned
10. Handle discipline of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy

Who can apply:

1. B.Tech or diploma in mechanical engineering
2. Extensive knowledge of manufacturing requirements and planning
3. Knowledge of sheet metal components, welding, jigs, and fabrication processes for stainless steel
4. Proficient with computerized materials control programs
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
6. Proficient with AutoCAD 2D
7. 0 to 2 years of relevant experience required
8. Already working in or around IMT Manesar
