We are looking for a motivated production assistant to help manage our production process and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with craftsmen and production teams to ensure smooth execution of garment production.
2. Track and manage production timelines to ensure timely delivery of orders.
3. Handle customer queries related to orders and assist in providing excellent customer service.
4. Communicate with vendors for sourcing materials, negotiating prices, and maintaining stock levels.
5. Assist in quality control checks before dispatching products.
6. Maintain records of orders, deliveries, and inventory.

At Radical, we explore a lot of traditional embroidery techniques and marry them with Western silhouettes and patterns for a contemporary new-age Indian look for the modern woman. Our production team comprises in-house pattern makers, tailors, hand and machine embroidered, and hand finishing experts.
