Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with the leadership team on business research and analysis
2. Assist in organizing and supporting trainers during and after training sessions
3. Review, comprehend, and analyze research materials, and present concise summaries
4. Facilitate effective communication with students to ensure smooth batch operations
5. Maintain, update, and manage essential trackers and records

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Graduate (MBA preferred)
2. Strong communication skills
3. Proficient in English, Telugu, and Hindi
4. Advanced computer skills
5. Passionate about learning and conducting research in business
