About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Serve as the subject matter expert for product configurations and product setups for partners across the suite of products and services such as UBL, LOC, STPL, etc.
2. Conduct training sessions for external customers on our loan management system and update the JIRA dashboard
3. Develop training materials, including presentations and user guides for integrating partners with Arthmate's integral cloud within TAT
4. Participate in product testing and provide feedback to product development teams
5. Lead, manage, resolve, or escalate issues to relevant stakeholders
6. Prepare BRDs and PRDs and provide inputs for process automation

Other requirements

1. Graduation or Post Graduation from a reputed college with good academic track record

2. 0-2 years experience

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹35,000 - 40,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
