Coordinate between engineers, contractors, and laborers for efficient execution.
Address on-site issues and provide timely solutions.
2. Project management
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate with different teams to maintain project timelines.
3. Daily progress reporting
Track and record daily site activities and work progress.
Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the management.
Identify delays and report issues that may impact project timelines.
4. Material consumption monitoring
Maintain records of material usage and stock availability.
Ensure proper material handling and prevent wastage.
Coordinate with the purchase department for material procurement.
5. Daily attendance management
Maintain attendance records of workers and staff at the site.
Ensure workforce availability and track labor productivity.
Report absenteeism and suggest solutions for workforce management.
6. Documentation & compliance
Maintain all project-related documents, including permits, approvals, and contracts.
Ensure proper record-keeping of site instructions, drawings, and material receipts.
Assist in compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
