Project Management Trainee Fresher Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a project management trainee. As a project management trainee, you will work closely with experienced project managers to learn and develop skills in planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion. Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
2. Collaborate with senior project managers to develop comprehensive project plans
3. Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule
4. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan
5. Assist in maintaining project documentation and records
6. Foster effective communication among project team members and stakeholders
7. Prepare regular status reports and updates for project managers
8. Participate in project meetings, documenting discussions and action items

Requirements:

1. Experience: Fresher (Immediate joiners are preferred)
2. Must be able to work in rotational shifts as per project requirement

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
